If you have had your driving privileges revoked, you could eligible to have your driving privileges restored. However, you need to be able to meet certain requirements. You can file a petition to have them restored and then the court will hold a hearing. The court will consider:

The nature of the offense for which driving privileges were revoked.
The degree of violence involved in the offense.
Other criminal and relevant noncriminal behavior of the petitioner both before and after the conviction that resulted in the revocation.
The recommendation of the person’s parole officer, which shall be based in part on a psychological evaluation ordered by the court to determine whether the person is presently a threat to the safety of the public.
Any other relevant factors.

The court will evaluate those factors and determine:

if you are rehabilitated;
whether or not you pose a threat to the safety of the public; and
If you have completed treatment required by the court.

The judge will be able to consider a lot of factors about how you have conducted yourself while your driving privileges were revoked.
